Looks like Sony's still riding the PS2 wave, and probably will be until this fall.  DS pummels all the competition with over half a million units to add to its name, Wii slips to a close second, due to God of War II, issues with supply/demand, and not much else besides Wii Play to its name.  Xbox 360 comes in third, sales probably slowed a bit with that announcement of the Elite, the rest fall rather logically, with the Game Boy Advance taunting the PS3, and we obviously know it's not a supply issue as the thing is pretty readily available.  Oh this just in, about 7 Dreamcasts were resold at a Ron's Pawn Shoppe and Antiques in Mayweather, North Dakota.

    * Nintendo Game Boy Advance (System you could readily get for a fiver on eBay): 148K
    * Sony PlayStation 3 (System which people are inadvertantly giving away for a fiver on eBay): 130K (1.2 million total)

'Nuff said.

This was actually a real surprise. I'd have considered the GBA dead for a while, now it's just home to horrible tacky movie-based titles. Guess that's enough to keep people happy.

Not surprised about the PS3, am suprised about the PS2 still doing so good - better than the Wii...

And the GBA is far from dead.  Games are still released like there's no tomorrow, you can buy it almost for free, and of course if you already have a DS there's nothing stopping you from buying the occasional sweet GBA title along the way...

It's all for the success of the DS (that rhymes ^^)
