Hello all of you ! My nickname is Linkorange, and my real name is Julien. I'm 18 years old, 19 soon, and I'm a fan of Zelda and a lot of Nintendo games, but I don't hate the other constructors :-). I live in France, in a village near of Marseille (you should know it, it's one of the most important cities in France), and, I must admit it, if I registered here, it's of course to speak of intersting subjects with you, but also to improve my level in English, which is, as you can remark, not very good ^^".
That was the basics informations on me.
I have to say, I deeply hate manga in general, and I don't say that without knowing, because I tried to read some manga, but I never like it. But I love video games, it's my great passion ! Since the age of 3-4 years, I have a pad in the hands :-P. But don't worry, I'm not a no-life, I have friends and I go out with us when I can :-P.
About video games, as I said just before, I love Nintendo games (or should I say : "I loved", because after having seen the games nowadays...). Of course, there are Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Star Fox, F-Zero, Kirby, Pokémon, Megaman series, and some others. I played to all Zelda games (except FS on GBA, because I don't have friends who have the game, and even I, I don't have this version of ALTTP, I remain loyal to my first game on SNES) and I have finished all of them, except AOL but I 'm in the sixth dungeon (I do that without any walkthrough). After that, I'm not going to make the list of all the games I played, or it risks to be long :-P
I said I didn't hate the other constructors. Indeed, my old Megadrive is still alive (unlike my 2 SNES which have burned out), and I also have a PS2 and a Xbox 360. I love Final Fantasy series, mainly the three SNES games, but I less liked FFV compared with the two others, and Final Fantasy VI is, with ALTTP, my favorite game whatever the support. I liked the VII and the VIII a lot and the only FF I've played after the VIII is the XIII, but I didn't finished this, the 3rd CD is too boring whearas the previous two were exciting.
Out of video games, I play piano for now 9 years, I did horse riding while 8 years, and I played tennis while 5 years. I learned the basics of the Japanese language, but I don't really remember, I had to stop my Japanese lessons with my studies ^^". I also tried the C language, but as the Japanese, I had to stop this. Currently, I follow studies of mathematics. I'm in a system which doesn't exist in America and in English, it is called "classes préparatoires". These studies will lead me to an engineering school, if I success my "concours" ^^". Always in the purpose to finish in a video game enterprise, of course ^^.
