How about a section for posting spoilers instead of putting them together and then you can choose to look in that section or stay out of it so in case you won't see a spoiler.

How about no...anyone who clicks that link might be subjected to spoilers they weren't meant to be subjected to because they would all be on the same page.

A simple "Spoilers" forum by itself is too vague, and to go into detail with multiple forums would add a lot more weight to the forum.

I agree with Newhyrule and Bill. A spoilers tag like we once had wouldn't be a bad idea, though.
