Willkommen!
At the top of the page, you'll see the menu bar. Hit "Profile" then from the sidebar, select "Forum Profile Information". Avatar settings are at the top, Signature is the big white box near the bottom.

There's no such option for changing forum profile information. Is there any other way to change the avatar?
