Sprites, gifs, backgrounds and other good stuff...

I didn't know where else to ask this...

Can anyone direct me or tell me a good way to get ahold of video game sprites or animated gifs?

I've been trying for the longest time to find some. I'm looking for all kinds of ones too. So if anyone can help let me know, please?

Google didn't light your path? That's odd....

Try searching for "the Spriter's Resource" or "the Shyguy Kingdom." There are lots of ripped sprites at these two places. As for anigifs, I think you might have to make them yourself; I've never found an archive of that sort.

This person has TONS of Zelda icons, she used with Shaskepear qoutes. They're very cool. If you want anigifs...liverjournal, livejournal, livejournal. People make them and allow you to use them if you give credit back. Some people are pretty talented. Just do a google web search for "The Legend Of Zelda icons" or whatever series you want and a bunch of live journal communities and profiles should come up.
