There's a lot of debate on where life begins, and by association where rights begin.  What I want to talk about is when your rights cease.  When does a human body stop having rights such as privacy?

Is it when you can no longer make decisions?

Is it when you are no longer alive?

Is it never?

If you believe in the "soul," are the rights actually attached to the "soul" or the body?

Does a dead body have the same rights as a living body?

In the case of necrophelia, consent cannot be given by the person.  Could the next of kin give consent?  Can consent be willed away?  Is the point moot because the person doesn't have the right to withhold consent anyway?

Hey you little runts down in the Trendy Game Shop, posting constantly without really saying anything:  I played your game once.   I know what that's like.  I was once your leader.  You know the reason posts don't count in the Trendy Game?  You're looking at him.  Respect your elders.

Well of course a dead man doesn't have the right to vote or the right to free speach or something. But there are certain rights that shouldn't be taken away from any dead man. Such as the right to a proper burial. And the right to not be ****ed by a necrophiliac

When I die you don't mess with my body unless I give you permission I beleive in God but still I'd like it if you don't mess with what is mine.

In my opinion, rights begin as soon as you can think, and end when you cannot think any longer.

That sounds a little too easy to be usable in practice... How do you define when a person is really capable of making well-considered choices?
And how do you determine when a person does not "deserve" to have normal rights anymore?

What happens if someone is inadvertantly made unable to think during the course of his/her life? Do their rights suddenly come to an end? I could knock you out, or drug you, or anything else of the sort, and that in and of itself would be a violation of your rights, but would I then be allowed to do whatever I want to you?

And what is thought? Brain-activity? Consciousness? Electrical impulses that regulate the body?
