Who should get custody? I think the "dad" should have his DNA tested.. if he is the dad, he should get the baby.
If he's not, I'm not quite sure...

The father gets the child...Well, with Anna Nicole now looking down on us from the great Playboy mansion in the sky, I don't think we should be worrying too much about this one.
But just in case, it all depends who the father is once he has been revealed (and I am thinking this may take a while- am I right in thinking there are three potential dads?).
I think a report I saw today suggest ANS's mother was looking to obtain custody... Might not be a bad idea, but after the way Anna turned out we can't be so sure.

Sadly I have to take an interest in publicity whores as I'm hoping to be a journalist one day. Sure I'll specialise in video games (fingers crossed) but chances are I won't be able to sale right in there, so covering mind-numbing drivel for the masses is probably gonna be my starting point.
Eugh...
Anyway, I stand corrected about 3 possible furthers... There's now at least four. Her lawyer, her ex, some old prince and now one of her bodyguards...
In other news, apparently ANS didn't change her will following the death of her son. She had left everything to him. I'm gonna take a guess this now goes to the baby (eventually), so there may be more dad's stepping forward before this sorry tale is over.

Let's face it. Kid's gonna learn when it's older that it's Anna Nicole's kid, and thereby shoot him/herself after the constant "OMFG I would so have f'ed your mom!" or "Man your mom was hot!" comments.
Let's do the world a favor and end her DNA chain here and now. God clearly wants it, after taking her son then her. He's practically told us "Ok guys, here's how this works. I'll get these two since none of you will, now you get the last one. The truck stops here, and Satan's lonely anyway."
And no, this isn't one of my "just joking" posts. I really hated ANS that much that I think we should, for lack of a better word, *slides finger across neck in classic throat-slitting reference fashion* the kid.

I don't think the child should be held responsible for her actions. I personally think that custody should go to either the mother or the biological father if they are competent enough to look after a child. They shouldn't get custody just because they're related but they should be able to look after the child as well.

It's up to social services surely..They'd have to take it into care because it would have nowhere else to go. They need to make sure the child's looked after, no matter what.

At this point, I don't think anyone could make a rational decision as to who should have the baby. Stalkers, wannabes, etc. are all being juggled in the media.
But, to be generic about it, whoever is best-qualified, and yet is related to the baby within reason.

I would normally be more than ready to step up and claim parentage for a few million dollars, but the fact is everyone knows I wouldn't touch ANS's tainted snatch for all the money in the world.
And now Britney's gone completely off the rails- shaving her own hair right off- you have to wonder what the hell is gonna happen to her kids. Do you hand them over to the dope-happy redneck daddy or the fruitier than an orange grove mummy?

Oh god when will they stop breeding? And man, I'm sick about hearing about Anna Nicole. Everytime I walk out and see the TV on, its something about boohoo Anna Nicole is dead. Marrying an 80 year old dude? Ew? Grody? Corroding tongue? Yuck. I say put the baby up for adoption so it can have a NORMAL LIFE somewhere.

I cannot help but chuckle at Bombchu's complaint about hearing too much of Anna Nicole, yet kicking a thread about her which had been quiet for a fortnight. ;D
As for the normal life issue, it might be possible unless being a nutty, attention seeking whore is hereditary it's always possible it could disappear into the background...

Well, the results are in... The biological father of Dannielynn Smith is... Larry Birkhead. That's Anna Nicole's ex-lover and not her husband, Howard Stern, who was listed on Dannielynn's birth certificate as her father. Apparently the two men hugged outside the courthouse after the hearing, and Stern is said he is "going to do everything I can to make sure [Birkhead] gets sole custody." Guess this one won't be so difficult to fix up after all. |
