Bringing back the draft

Ok, my bad.  I was just suprised that his attitude of the war is far, far higher than that of the soilders who are fighting.  Every post-Iraq person I've ever met absolutely hates everything about the war and outrightly calls the government corrupt and useless.

Only 1 senator and 1 congressman have introduced oe voted approvingly towards  returning the draft in the past 20 years. Both were Democrats trying to strike rumours in 2004 as a campaign trick.

If they were to really reinstitute the draft they'd first lower the standards or make different health requirements for different positions. They turned me down this year because my lungs weren't healthy enough.

Long story short i believe there is no way the draft will ever return in the near future, it's political suicide. but it's a GREAT tactic for fearmongering.
