Explain to me what PlaystationHome is?

I just recently heard about it, and gather its a Mii rip off, but thats all the details I got. What exactly is it, in detail?

I just wanna be kept up to speed about what everybody is suddenly ranting about.

Well, basically its yet to be fully revealed, but the word from Kotaku is its Mii's with XBox Live points system thrown in so you can buy items for your PSMii's flat.

It was a rumour, but chances are it will be unveiled at the GDC. Then you'll get more details.

I'll wait til the GDC for the full horrific details, but I'm thinking Sony caused such a stink when Kotaku published the rumour that it's true and they burst their big surprise bubble.
