How do you find the one place (i believe it is in the desert) where if you beat it you get great fairies in all the springs around hyrule?

The Cave of Ordeals is located at the highest point of the Gerudo Mesa.  In the Northeast (Wii version) or Northwest (GC version) of the Gerudo Desert, there is a huge plateau with a Peahat flying around.  You can use your clawshot on it.  Then let it hover you above the plateau and drop off.  If you proceed you'll fight the Shadow Beasts from a portal, so you'll be able to warp - the top of the Gerudo Mesa has the missing piece of Eldin Bridge which you need to warp to... you know where.

At the place where the piece of the bridge was, you can go down to enter.... the Cave of Ordeals, 50 floors of inimical mayhem.  Good luck.

thx. and is there an age limit to this place.. because i might be too young.. idk...
