Out of the options listed..
Definitely the Twili. But I'm too lazy to come up with a reason.
Unfortunately, though, my two favourite races (more like Tribes, I guess..) the Sheikah and the Gerudo, weren't listed.
Technically they are just variations of Hylians (which I don't believe were listed either) but.. Still. -sniff-
And Oocca just freak me out, personally. I mean.. They don't even have arms. And yet they have all this advanced technology. It's kinda of pointless, ne? They kinda wander around, clinging to.. Walls? Okayy..

These guys are just pimp. Even Link can only stand amazed.  Oh, and worst Zelda species? By far the Oocca. An embarrassment to an otherwise great game (IMHO) and to the franchise. Um, you mean bald chickens helped create the Hylian race and have their own legendary sky city--and all they do is waddle around and call you "adventurer"? Not to mention literally cluck when you pick one up. If Nintendo had said they helped create the Cucco race, that'd be much more believable. But friggin' Hylians? Lame!! |

I voted for the Minish and the Dekus.
The Minish were a brilliant addition to the series and were the first race which really brought out the greatness of 'cartoony', cel-shaded Zelda graphics. Gorons and Zoras didn't make the transition all that well and the new species that WW introduced (Ritos and Koroks) just plain sucked. It was great that they had so many different cultures within Hyrule and how they lived right under everyone's noses. I also liked their high pitched 'hellooo' and 'hey' voices. And also they were really smart and whimsical. That's not all though, the Minish race were also blessed with two fantastically brilliant helper/villain characters in Ezlo and Vaati respectively.
I also liked the Dekus. They were pretty cool in OoT, what with their cowardly attack strategies and their interest in masks, but MM really fleshed them out as characters and made them overshadow the Gorons and (almost, if it wasn't for the Indigogos) the Zoras. The Deku monarchy was fantastic and it was funny seeing what the guards and royal hangers-on had to say. There was also the Deku butler - a character which carried more pathos than any other character in the series EVER!

I like the gorons they have all that power they can throw around but most choose to be gentle and kind characters.
I also like the kokiris because I kind of envy them being children their whole life, plus thay have their fairy companions.
