For the last few hours I've been going on other communities, seeing how they're handling the wait for the Brawl site update. Everyone has been going absolutely nuts as the time has been going by. I keep refreshing about every 10 seconds to see if they've finally reopened the site, but to no avail. At time of writing it's 1:12 PM Japan time, which means the update is coming in the next 10 hours. This thread is basically for the before and after hype that this update has, because literally tons of people are typing as I speak of if they will stay up the next 10 hours, and how often they are refreshing/looking foward to this.
This is potentially huge, so to everyone out there like me right now who can't possibly wait for this update, sit down, relax, and have a nice little conversation in this thread.
P.S. OMFG!!!11!!!!!!1!!!!one I can't wait!

I'll get to check a few more hours now, before school in five hours, and during school in seven. I'm assuming they'll update it in the next seven hours because any later than that would be past 10 o' clock PM Japan time.

Damn that site update was not worth the refreshing every five minutes for about three hours last night. There'd better be more added soon. Can only wait for that Tingle announcement so long.

 Eck. The content surely on that site is SO depressing that you might as well just watch the ol' trailer again to get a good fix of Brawl. Currently featured on the site: 1) How to play 2) Music 3) Battlefield Stage, new improved. Very cool and all that... to look at for a few seconds and you're done. There we went, expecting too much again  |

I honestly didn't expect anything from this. This always felt like it would be a simple site redesign to me, and I was right. If Nintendo is going to release tons of Brawl info they will advertise the fact.
Nintendo has a show soon don't they? The site was probably being redesigned in preperation for the wealth of info they will release there.

I do like all the composer's though realy cool
Anyone realize that the how to play section has a wii-mote on it?

No new trailers yet, but yes, the music really is cool, now that I've been able to check it out... >>> Look at the feature on the main page <<<I noticed the Wiimote... But didn't they say they would make sure it'd be both original controller and Wiimote? We'll have to see about that... |

Yeah... That's all old news now. Updates! Link and Mario getting some update profile goodness and new pictures. Both looking exceptionally awesome. If we get two characters featured each day this week, we could be onto some new ones by next week. |

Surely they won't reveal all new characters. But they will undoubtedly give us more intel on Sir Meta Knight, Solid Snake, Wario and Pit, as those characters were already announced from the very start. Other than that, I assume they'll leave the same amound of hidden secret characters for us to discover. Please be many...  |

An actual release date, we know it comes out this year, but when? What month? What day? Also, if possible, a new trailer and an article about how the controls will work.
