I’ve completed the level however some rooms I haven't entered yet. In the very first room in Sprit Temple, there's a water current to the right of the room, which I can’t enter. I thought the currect would stop If collected all the silver rupees yet there are two behind the water current itself.
If anybody can help me, I appreciate it.

Okay, as this is quite the explanation I've enclosed a file with the walkthrough of the Spirit Temple as Adult Link.

The thing is, you will first need to hit a certain switch with the Megaton Hammer for a chest to appear in the left room from the entrance, which you can only enter as a kid.  Once you have that, you can go deeper into the temple.

You'll have to go the long way round to end up at the other side of the water.

My suggestion: read the walkthrough and when you get to the point where you can temporarily stop the water from flowing, cast Farore's Wind.

Why?  Because you will fail.  You need to collect all the silver rupees for the water to stop for good.  If you don't manage this in time, you'll be trapped on the other side (entrance) again.  This is when you use Farore's Wind again.

Good luck!

Thanks HS  .
I'll attempt it now but I must admit I'm not feeling confident.

It's my favorite dungeon.  Especially the MQ one.  It's much more intricate.  And that whole section you were asking about isn't even necessary to beat the dungeon, making it even more sexy.

... You will of course nead to beat it for at least 3 Gold Skulltula's, and one of the best puzzles in OoT and MM combined.  I won't spoil it just yet, but it includes moosic.

I heard there’s Moblins in a certain room, but I don't know if it’s true or not.
The two Skulltulas being guarded by the Iron Knuckle was awesome and collecting Skulltulas is one of my favorite things about OoT, even if the reward is crummy.
I liked the original Sprit Temple better than the MQ version, but I'm one of those people who are always biased to the original
If you don't mind me asking, what was your favorite MQ level HS?

I usually am too, but MQ Spirit Temple > original Spirit Temple.

So in case I hadn't made it clear already, the Spirit Temple is my favorite (for both versions, actually).

The Shadow Temple had lost some of its original appeal, and though the Forest Temple gained some easiness, it also lost some appeal because of that.  Didn't look as 'tidy' anymore.

PS: Moblins?  There are no "new" enemies in the MQ Spirit Temple or elsewhere that weren't in the original already.

It was my brother making up crap about moblins being in the level..... the bastard.
I haven't started Shadow Temple yet but I'm looking foward to doing it.
I thought Dondogo's Cavern was the best MQ level, the new route the level took was excelent.
They completely screwed up Water Temple however, making it way too easy and boring.
which reminds me... I still havent entered some rooms in Water temple.

True, that.

... Ah yes, they made you do a run-around in the WT, too.  All for Skulltula's, too, if I remember correctly.

... And there was this one spot where you needed the Fire Arrows.  Which is quite annoying as you can only get them just after completing the WT.  Sod that.

I think I know the room you’re talking about.... I'm stuck there at the moment .
I lit the three torches up and the door opened up, the only problem being I can't get across to the platform where the door is. I'll eventually work it out.

I've taken a pretty weird route through Master Quest so far:
Forest – Water – Sprit – Fire

Though it's obviously too late for this hint, in the MQ you really want to go to the Water Temple first, cause the Longshot can be gotten from the get-go, making your life in the Forest & Fire Temple much, much easier.

The Spirit Temple I usually save for last, for obvious reasons.
