On a nearby platform there should be a place where you can put in your Spinner. Spin it repeatedly and it should stop. For future reference, it would also help to be slightly more specific.

Wait, which fan blade? The place is full of 'em.

I, for one, have no idea what's going on, and am proud of it.

Er... I haven't tried to see if HS was right yet. The fanblade I'm talking about is at the bottom of the room, there are two helmasaurs (I think that's what they're called...) in the room also.

Is it the room directly above the huge room that is at the center of the dungeon?

Oh, you mean *that* one, that's pretty far into the temple, no?
I think there's a switch above that you need to latch onto with your Clawshot and then wear the Iron Boots to weigh it down.
Then clawshot all the way done, carefully, and DON'T fall down, instead clawshot onto a similar cocoon-like switch and weigh that one down as well.

Oh, you mean *that* one, that's pretty far into the temple, no? Yeah, I'm almost done with the dungeon. I haven't got a chance to try it out, I've been at the mall all day See, I thought the Helmasaurs had something to do with it because I clawshoted to the ceiling and I used my double clawshot to grapple the armor from the helmasaur and it landed on the fan blade and started to bounce around. I wasn't sure what to do after that so I just quit for the time being... I had to go to dinner anyways.

Ah yes, well, there are some puzzles in the game which require you to put a Helmasaur shield on a switch. I think the Temple of Time was one of those dungeons. Well, good luck.

Yeah, I remember, actually I played non-stop on saturday and sunday. On Saturday I got through Arbiters Grounds again because my data didn't save(O.o) I also beat Snowpeak before Bleach started at midnight. Then the next Day (Sunday) I got through the Temple of Time and most of City in the Sky, I'm taking a break for a while to fetch the magic armor. (All I have to do now is get the 598 rupees then I'm all set) After that I'm going to continue my treking in the City in the Sky which is my least favorite dungeon so far...

Wait. Those weird armadillo things were Helmasaurs...? They must have the most fucked up evolutionary chain in the history of Zelda...

Haha yeah, I'm not sure if that's their true name, I just thought the name fit with them... They look more like hyper-active slugs to me. I don't see how Bat-like creatures could be called keese or floating, flaming skulls can be called "bubbles"

If your talking about the big ones, I've heard them called Helmasauruses (Helmasauri?), but I don't think they have an official name. They're definitely related to Helmasaurs, though.

If your talking about the big ones[...] I think, he talks about the normal ones. Which means, he's in the room below the room with the switch to stop the giant fan blade. So, he has to go back to the outside area, climb the vine leafs and walk as a wolf over those ropes to reach the upper door. There you find two of those "Helmasaurus" (the bigger Helmasaurs) and one switch you have to grab with your Clawshots to activate. This will stop the giant fan blade. You'll also find a hole back to the lower room, where you have to grab the grate ceiling with the Clawshots to go down to the giant hall and to grab the switch on the ceiling for activating the outside fan... Hope, I could help.
