I must say that this debate was quite interesting as well as a joy to read. I have never been completly against SG and his/her ideas, even if i do disagree with a good number of them, but it was nice seeing him/her try a ltitle more than 'if it's in the game, it counts'
One piont of interest that caught my eye was the fact of the qoute about the Zora armor. If i remember vcorrectly, In OoT, the idea of the hero of Time was already known before Link came around and lifted the master sword, so i beleive the idea of a 'chosen hero' might have been around too. Also, the Zora tunic is available in the Zora shop before you become an adult as well, so it could go either way. the King Zora may ahve merely been making those for A chosen hero whenever he/she may coem along, knowing it would be needed at some point, not just for Link in particular.

Well I guess I can consider myself more split pro if anything and all of us people who have battled Ganny have disproved him before he just never admitted it because of how arogant he is. I look forward to debate as long as you are, good luck on your journey, your always welcome here. You actually produce some worthy threads to read and discuss.
Oh believe me. I was ever so arrogant and idiotic over at ZU. I wont hide that. But if you read my article that defines why I was so against the Split, you'll hopefully understand the reason behind my angered insanity back then. But as the title of this thread surely states, I am reassured and I have changed from my crazy ways. Its only at ZU that I gets me all fired up... The place is rather cold just like Game FAQ's and I resent ever going their. This place is much warmer. Well, thanks for all your compliments again. By the way, I thought you were going to continue are debate in my other article? I must say that this debate was quite interesting as well as a joy to read. I have never been completly against SG and his/her ideas, even if i do disagree with a good number of them, but it was nice seeing him/her try a ltitle more than 'if it's in the game, it counts' Heh. Glad I could help. One piont of interest that caught my eye was the fact of the qoute about the Zora armor. Hmm. I don't recall hearing the term "Hero of Time" quoted in the child adventures of OoT. I must have missed it.

You are always welcome here remember. I could try to continue in your other thread but you get down to the point and explain everything quickly I have no further question or debates in that thread right now. I'm sure there'll be something I'll question or you'll bring up down the road. Give me some time.

Alright. That sounds good to me. Then I'll add in the good points you brought up in my article. I hate flaws.

Ah crap. I made another update to the article at the bottom of it. You'll see it under "Author's Note".
The Hylia is my first stop, so this article is going under some revisions still. I just hope its relaying the RIGHT message to geting its point across in motivating others to get Nintendo to release the timeline. I cant believe 470 people viewed it already. Hell...

The term HoT was not spoken of exactly, but Sheik's words of 'The Hero of Time was said to be one who could sail the rivers of time' or such then 'seeing you now, holding the Master sword and ocarina makes you deffinitly look like the Hero of Time now'

Yeah, I thought about that after I logged off yesterday, but then I thought back to the inscription on the Spiritual Stone's brick podium said. And that the people initialy put that their in hope that the one that opened the gate would be the "Hero of Time" that would save them all from Ganondorf. Thus initially the knowledge of the "Hero of Time" would come after that point when Link dissapeared into the Sacred Realm.

Ok. So I lied about the Author's Note. I keep updating this article so its 100% perfect (yes I know I should have done that before posting it, but oh well). I think its set now. No more alterations for sure. 530 + people have viewed this already and it keeps steadily increasing. Why isn't anybody replying to these powerful messages? Too much for you all to swallow or what? I'm serious!

530 + people have viewed this already and it keeps steadily increasing. We barely have 530 active members. It's just the usual us (and some spambots probably) peeping in, almost certain you'll have tweaked since we last looked. And anyone who is new to the thread could probably look at the first post and think: TLDR. People suck like that.

Also, besides the royal family, who had access to what was behind the door? How could thye know Link went there and or opend it, and with the castle destroyed... who beyond ganondorf knew of the door opening in the first place? I meen, was it Zelda/Sheik who wrote that?...

Sheik/Zelda could have written it. But I am not dissagreeing with you at all. This helped my arguement atually, but I guess I felt their was some doubt to it for some reason.

I am not disagreeing with you much really, I'm just thinking abpout things as I type them, basically as I think about them, hence why i didnt mention them before xp.
Besides Zelda, who else really could even know what happend to Link? Who would beleive it even?
Random Hylan 1: hey, did you hear about what happend the other day?
Random Guy 2: No, what?
RH1: Well, you know that big stone door like thing in that temple hardly anyone goes to?
RH2: the one with the weird, creapy men's choir singing?...you know...that nobody can see?
RH1: yeah that one.
RH2: nope, havnt heard anything, what about the door?
RH1: Somone opened it, isn't that crazy?
RH2: that is crazy! what was behind their anyways?...
RH1:Dunno really... they say some kid opend it and pulled out somthing called 'the Master Sword' then dissipeared... then some laughing dude came in...
RH2: the same laughing dude that chased after Impa the other day?
RH1: you meen Zelda?
RH2: Yeah, her too.
RH1: regardless, the people have been spreading this rumor that the kid has been... lost in Time!
RH2: Shazam!
RH1: I know! We should... call him the... Hero of ...of...hmmm...
RH2:..time?
Rh1: Brilliant!
RH2: Brilliant!
I dont thinkm it wqent that way... lol.

If you've read many of my posts you know i do that quote/fan-fic thing alot... and the brilliant part was thrown on just for fun... i couldnt think how to end it. xp
regarfdless, it almost feels like TWW could have ven meant nobody knew what happend to him after he dissipeared for his 7 year hiatus, since he was 'lost in time' and all

It makes sense. You have valid speculation, though, just watch out for that fan fic. Some tend to get a little crazy if you know what I mean? lol

it wasnt a fan-fic really, i just do thsoe to prove a point, theres nothing past that going to be written on the subject really. my fav ltitle thing i've written was a back to the future-esque end to oot when link apears just after leaving to gte the spiritual stones, but this time with the trifoce peice, etc.

I consider "fan fic" to be anything that is not referenced in the games, but is assumed in a way that it would happen if it were "real life" scenarios. And, what you said before is valid and creditible. Again, it was justified speculation off of reliable canon. And I wouldn't compare OoT real life scenarios to Back to the Future. That is the most chaotic bullshit I ever watched in regards to how the mechanics of time travel work universally once travled through. Its not scientific fact, its fiction. Therefore the evidence is unreliable in any comparing and/or contrasting matter.
