Notice: Rent-A-Modding & Flame-Baiting

These offenses have run quite rampant and gone unpunished lately, I just wanted to remind everyone, and a few users in particular, you know who you are, that we're going to be cracking down on rent-a-modding and flame baiting.  Repeated violations, or current repeat offenders who've violated the rule shall be dealt with appropriately.  Also, if you're being flame-baited, please report the post and do not respond with a flame of your own; it is also against the rules and will be punished accordingly.
