Does anyone at all think this series is amazing? I just love the fresh plot and gameplay this brings. Sora rocks, Roxas Rules, and the King just pwns.

I'm really excited for the "third" game. It won't be called Kingdom Hearts III: The Keyblade Wars. It's going to be a subseries, I think.

Anyway, discuss.

Mario believes he is getting something called "Points" every time he slaughters another koopa. Due to this, Mario continues to kill innocent people, spearing them, and eating them alive for "bonus points". Will the horror ever end?

Axel rules. (save the cheesiness from KHII)

Most of my friends like Kingdom Hearts, I haven't gotten much of a chance to play though.

lol.
"BURN, BABY!" "GET BACK!" Axel's signature speechs. He's cool. I like Marluxia, because of his Sycthe. I just hate his theme with flowers though, makes him seem...

Most probably my favorite ActionRPG ever. I just love the setting and the battle-system.

One of the few games I can't beat by slamming the controller up my buttocks.

I personally like Zexion and Lexeaus

I'm in the midst of Hollow Bastion in Kingdom Hearts, I just picked it up after months of neglect--it's a really awesome game but the combat system could be better, I find the hotkeys cumbersome(doesn't help that the Dual Shock is a horrible controller).  The plot's also a bit disjointed, it doesn't develop that well from world to world, and in the end it seems like you're just running silly errands rather than advancing anything.

Also, the Gummi Ship is remarkably stupid.  I don't know what they were thinking, I was so bored by the tutorial I never bothered touching it again and you don't even have to, in fact there's no reason to at all.

Story-wise, I agree. But you really have to play Chain Of Memories to fully understand the story of Kingdom Hearts II because it continues where CoM left of in every world.

You have to hate it or love it. It's a mini-game to further press the gameplay time. I personally liked it though. I love building things.

True. I think I'll send in our Gummi ship in KH2 to the SOGS (society of gummy ships) and get an award

The Gummi Ship... I like it, but the rebuilding it to make it better was a bit of a challenge.  No matter how many times I go through the tut again, I can't grasp how to make those things work, and make it look even.  I mean, the deeper into space you get, the harder it is just to shoot down the enemies with the original Gummi.  So it's best to upgrade at some point.

I still haven't beaten Riku, but I've gotten so close and then died its shameful.  All my friends say it was easy, but it must be my inability to use good combos...

You hardly have Combo's in KH1. It's more dodging and timing really.

Eh... Kingdom Hearts is Ok. The Gummi Ship was the real annoyance for me. I stopped playing for various reasons- the Gummi Ship, the fact that there was little storyline (only mini-arcs for each world) and it was pretty darn hack'n'slash.
