Yep sure seen these before. I used to know a few places that did this kind of stuff.

The games were rather well done, but I think didn't have much creativity in the camp fire story parts of rating. That's my belief of what they lack on.

Of course not all are like that though.

Some quests are good but it's hard finding a decent quest to stick with.
About 70% are either crap and boring or just plain impossible. I don't mind the games not having a storyline, I find it either nerdy or can't take them seriously when they do have a one.

I'm hopping to be posting my game soon once when I get a nice press kit for it.
Otherwise right now, I'm doing some personal literature studies.

Sorry guys, advertisements aren't allowed.

Edit: Then this is a thread for discussion of Zelda Classic, the Z1 editor. It will be converted into such. -Captain B-

That's no way to treat a former affiliate, Loach!

I am known as Old-Skool in ZC communities, and the author of Zero Quest and Link's Technicolor World.

If you have any questions about either quest, or how to use the program, don't be afraid to ask me. Though said directions may vary a bit depending on what version you are using.

Is it easy to use? If you worked on your game a couple hours a week roughly how long would it take you to complete it? (let's say eight dungeons)

Just a few hours a week, it could take quite awhile. Now, a few hours a day (to at least one hour a day) is pretty good, assuming you don't get quester's block, or you don't get bored putting it together. But if that's the case, Just go play one of the many quests out there. If you need a good one, use www.purezc.com , as www.zeldaclassic.com is currently seeing some fixing up. Sometimes, you'll be able to download ZC from the latter site...   sometimes...

...but this thread is a more reliable source for now.

http://www.purezc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=30502

the Windows 2.10.2   is a rerelease of 2.10, and is primarily a bugfix. For a standard version to play quests on, this is very good to use. Keep in mind though, this is only recommended for 2.10 quests. if you want to play quests made for another version, be sure to get that version. (for that, you'll have to pray that Zeldaclassic.com works for you.)

As far as quests go, purezc.com is your only real bet right now. the quest database at zeldaclassic.com is virtually impossible to browse in it's current state, but that will change, hopefully, as some quests can only be found there.
