That's the part I do like about it, and has almost compelled me to get it.  You can watch videos on it now, and the screen is WAY bigger!  Better to see pics with, my dearies!

I'm getting it.  My nano right now is only 2 gb and I freaking hate it because it fills up after putting 300 songs on it. 
It has a nice large screen for watching videos plus wifi browsing.

Why would you want to watch videos during some trip? Is life that boring?

If you had to travel far regularly, sure, but come on.

I have never cared for anything Ipod or mp3 players for that matter(I guess my cellphone has an MP3 player built into it though).

Ipod stuff seems just kind of faddish to me and it's to restrictive with it's MP4 format type IMO.

I have a sony atrac cd player and can burn cd's for it that can hold 360 songs on it, it has radio, and it plays normal CD's too! Thats all I need!

I could watch them in the car, at church, at school....anywhere.  It's just the same as people who carry they're little gameboy things around.

I am typing this response on my iPod Touch, it's the 16 gigabyte model.  I have I say it's pretty awesome.  But there are some flaws.  For instance, it does not support flash yet so no cool flash sites for you.  You also cant watch most online media or listen to things directly, but it's the kind of stuff that can be corrected with time

Obviously typing is a lot faster on a PC, but what do you want.  I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants an awesome mobile browser, and I have no doubt that they're gonna port flash over to it real soon.  There's a few other gripes, you can't copy and paste stuff, but still, the ease of use for the browser is great.  Video looks great, there's some reports that the blacks looked washed out on some models, I dunno.  The battery life is also really good, you've got between 5-6 hours of video playback, I've heard as high as 6 and a half.  It's also super sexy, sleek and light.  I love it.
