Hawaii, but mainly because Kansas has the toughest part of their schedule coming up. I'd love to see Hawaii tango with some of the BCS powerhouses. (Not that I'm saying they couldn't hold their own, mind you, but I'd just be curious to see how they'd do. I haven't really watched Hawaii any yet this season.)

well, the WAC is weak, but they are playing some real tough teams right now. last saturday they beat Fresno State, they beat LA tech, beat UNLV, Idaho, Utah, San jose state, New mexico state, and they have some GOOD teams for their final 3 games. (at nevada wolfpac, vs. Boise state broncos, vs. Washington Huskies) so, they are a weak division but I wouldnt say their schecdule is THAT bad.

Exactly. Hawaii has yet to play any half-decent teams... EDIT: real tough teams right now. last saturday they beat Fresno State, they beat LA tech, beat UNLV, Idaho, Utah, San jose state, New mexico state, I would hardly call them "tough" teams. I don't think any of those mentioned teams are ranked. Note: I am comparing you all with conferences such as the BCS and SEC, which are really the only ones I care about.

Boise is ranked 16. But also, if you look at the margin of their victories its fairly big. They beat Northern colorado about 76-0 with their second stringers in from the Third quarter. in one half Colt brennan threw 6 TD's. though they have a weak shedule, I think they can beat anyone. yes its bold statement but After seeing hawaii play every week, it seems that even though they might come close every now and then, they do what it takes to end with one point more than the opposing team.

No. Just, no. Hawaii could never dream of beating LSU or OSU or USC or even Florida for that matter. If a sucky team only plays other sucky teams they will never have experience playing the bigger teams, such as LSU and USC therefore they will never really know what to expect from those kinds of teams, and they will fall flat on their faces. Seriously, the only reason Hawaii is undefeated is because of their schedule. Also, that "Margin" doesn't matter. Northern Colorado is 1-10, I would barely consider them a football team. (According to this, Florida and Hawaii will be playing each other next season, we'll see who comes out on top) And also, Hawaii is going to be creamed by Boise State.

Kansas. They're riding on a high their school hasn't seen in nearly a century, they're brimming with confidence, and their quarterback is a potential Heisman candidate (if I recall correctly). If anyone can go on to beat LSU, they can.
Although, personally I'd hope LSU will lose out on going to the National Championship so Nebraska can hurry up and secure Bo Pelini (LSU's defensive coordinator) for the soon-to-be-vacant Head Coaching position over here.

I dont know if you guys knew, but Hawaii tried to have a beter schedule, but nobody would accept. why? the answer is simple. Hawaii is WAY underated. no team in their right mind would play them because since their underated, if they loose, it will hurt them alot more, and if they win, the polls will count it as just another win. a few teams had scheduled a game against hawaii, but pulled out before it was too late. the one I was mad about was when Michigan wolverines wanted out late, They ended up paying a ton of money not to play hawaii. I think that everyone is living in a phantom of the past. though it was sudden, I think everyone hasnt quite realized that this season, hawaii is the real deal. Most of all, I wish that the good teams we play NEXT year were THIS year. this is because most of our good players are leaving(Colt brennan, Jason rivers, devone bess, ryan grice-mullen, hercules satele, adam lenard, and michael lafaele.)

I dont know if you guys knew, but Hawaii tried to have a beter schedule, but nobody would accept. why? Because no school wants to have to fly out 50+ players, staff, etc. to Hawaii. It's too expensive. Kansas is the real deal, they are a truly exceptional team. But they are going to have a tough game against Mizzou and (most likely) Oklahoma in the Big 12 championship game. If they can make it past those two, we'll see them in the NC. On the other hand, I would like to see LSU lose and Kansas lose to watch Oklahoma play Oregon - that would be a great game.
