Ok, fine, standing =)
I know, that's why I put that he might not have died, although it looked like it (the blank eyes can be a hint of it).
Him losing the Triforce is not certain either, but he was surprised to see it fade.
Link...well, I guess you were right, but by being the "Chosen Hero" I get the feeling he DOES have the Triforce of courage. He even has teh triforce symbol marked on his hand all the time. Him losing it as a wolf...well, I guess it shone and scared the creatre away, but then it dissappeared...but that doesnt mean he lost it. His wolf form is referred to as a sacred beast many times.

He may have the ToC, but if he does, I find it suspicious that it never lights up like the other Triforce pieces. True, the entire mark illuminates during the part you talked about, but the ToC specifically is never lit like Ganondorf and Zelda's pieces.
Actually, I'm not sure if he's standing or not. I'll check.

I dont recall Zelda's lighting up much, or at all, either.
I dont think he was. Link stabs him while he's lying on the floor. I doubt he would stand up after a blow like that. But still.
Agh, I cant think of anything else to discuss right now =(
You got anything?

I'm actually not even sure if it shows Zelda's. It's just the fact that it shows Link's mark many times (all the time, in fact, when he's in his rancher clothes) yet the ToC never lights up.
And yeah, he's standing.
Now I'm trying to study the part where he sees Zant to see if it can make anything clearer...but there's not much to go by.

Well, does one part of the Triforce crest glow? If not, and if it is all golden instead of yellow or something, I think I'd rather believe it's a crest, like the one the Oracle's Link had.

My thoughts exactly. And I know the entire crest lights up, but I don't recall ever seeing only the Triforce of Courage light up.

well, Oracle Link only had a crest cuz the Triforce was already safe in the castle at the very beginning. Maybe he HAD it and when it left him the mark stayed there.
yet, that doesnt meant TP Link doesnt have it. OoT had it, but we never see his hand. He might have had it in his hand as well.

Link in TP does not have the Triforce of Courage...that is...
...in a single timeline.
Remember in The Wind Waker when the King of Red Lions said the Hero of Time broke and scattered the Triforce of Courage around Hyrule? These pieces weren't salvaged until TWW as far as we know. Aonuma has also stated that TP is 100 years after OoT (in the newest NP). TWW is hundreds of years after Ocarina of Time.
The Triforce of Wisdom is passed down through the Royal Family, though. Remember that. Ganon always has the Triforce of Power. Its just Courage that gets pushed around alot.
Now that I think of it, not even a double timeline could explain why the Triforce of Courage shows up really. Link's had the Triforce mark on his hand since the beginning of TP. If there were a double timeline, ending from Adult Link's last apperance and Child Link's last apperance, it wouldn't explain what they both did with their Triforces of Courage. The Hero of Time (vaguely referenced in TP, hugely referenced in TWW) resides in both timelines, child and adult. So, what the heck is going on?
No one knows. TP's story has been hacked to bits. It feels like a huge chunk of it is missing. :-/

oh ok, I was thinking of that, but wasnt sure.
Well, when Link fought Zant, Ganondorf wasnt in his body any longer, since he had raised the forcefield around the Castle by that time.
IMO, that only supports the idea that Zant is Ganondorf's puppet and not the other way around (or both) more.
Some things I jsut started thinking about. If the Triforce did leave him, he has to get it back befre TWW occurs, since in TWW he already had it.
If im not wrong, Ganondrof appeared in TWW after escaping his imprisonment, but in TP he actually died. If so, then he must be revived and then sealed away again before TWW...unless he never really did die in TP.
I can already see Ganondorf actually being saved by Zant, somehow, and being in the Twilight, giving Midna a reason to destroy the Mirror...but that makes little sense. Still, the way Ganondorf died was peculiar. He was left kneeling on the floor. He doesn't necesarily need to do all that before TWW, 2 words: split timeline

No one knows. TP's story has been hacked to bits. It feels like a huge chunk of it is missing. :-/ but also we dont know if there's anything else that happened between Oot and TP. I mean, there's a huge gap of at least 100 years (right?) where, even if the triforce wasnt with Link, it could have returned to the hero. Still, i find it easier to believe that he has it in TP. (why did his hand shine anyways?). I mean, if Zelda has it (liek always) and Ganondorf has it (like it was said, he always has it), why cant Link have it this time too? Anyways, now that I think about it, what's the purpose of this game's story? What have we learned that we didnt know before, or that can answer questions made before its release?
