Well, we are in the Wii's second year now and its going fairly well with some of its big titles in play now, such as Mario Galaxy and Metroid Corruption.
What games are you looking forward to being released/being announced this year for the Wii.
I am excited about Okami coming to the Wii as it seems that someone is trying to give zelda a run for its money, not only that but it is taking Zelda's home market for a spin...
I am also looking forward for the possible announcement of a new Zelda game for the Wii and a possible Kid icarus game...

I am excited about Okami coming to the Wii as it seems that someone is trying to give zelda a run for its money A port of a poorly received title give one of the biggest selling Wii games a run for its money? *scoff I am also looking forward for the possible announcement of a new Zelda game for the Wii and a possible Kid icarus game... A new Zelda announcement would be nice, but I don't want to find out about it like two years in advance. I'd like to see what Retro is up to, I'd also like to see the progress on Disaster: Day of Crisis, and some other announced games that have gone black. My main hope is that third parties stop treating it as a dumping ground for old games, or second-hand titles. |

The UK gets Zack and Wiki in two weeks (although you would only know that if you stay glued to the 'Net- come on Nintendo!) and there are the obvious titles of Mario Kart (eventually) and Brawl (double eventually). Battalion Wars 2 should be out soon, and there's Wii Fit. As for announcements: Kid Icarus Wii would be bigger and better than a new Zelda. And a home console, voice acted Phoenix Wright game would kick ass. Would also quite like to see Pikmin 3... However... My main hope is that third parties stop treating it as a dumping ground for old games, or second-hand titles.

I think after Brawl comes out we'll hear something about games like that.
TALES OF SYPMPHONIA 2!! I'm definitely looking forward to that game the most now.

Tales of Symphonia Knights of Ratatoksr. I've been waiting so long for that to come out.
Brawl, Mario Kart Wii.
What I want to be announced is .hack//Link to come out for the Wii, Baten Kaitos 3, and Rare to be bought by Nintendo so it can have good games again, plus Banjo-Kazooie Wii.
VC I want Majoras Mask, DK64, and the Banjo-Kazooie titles. I know theres that problem that they were made by Rare, but I'm still hoping.

(When was the last time we didn't have a game to look forward to?) After Link's Awakening was released until about 1996. I'd expect Zelda to come out in Winter 2009, that'll probably be when Wii's in its prime, either that or they'll hold it off until 2010 if they're feeling really good. |

I'm actually looking forward more to Mario Kart than to Brawl, to be honest. On VC, the two main titles I'm awaiting are Majora's Mask and The Wily Wars. The first at least is very unlikely.  |

I think Wiiware will open a lot of doors and succes for Nintendo.
Anyway, I'm hoping to see something serious from any developer. Be it a great FPS or RPG or PLATFORM.

Hey, I just remembered...whats the story with that Final Fantasy game that was supposed to come out on the Wii? We heard alot about it in the beginning and then...um...not so much...
But like I said before...maybe after Brawl comes out, we'll hear more about that, along with NMH and D:DoC.

Wii Ware is coming out this year right?
Also, I'm thinking that Nintendo is going to announce a new IP. They dumped H.A.M.M.E.R ( and for good reason, it looked awful) so I think there is a space to fill even though they have Wii <game> and Disaster Day of Crisis.

You mean Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Little King and the Promised Land? That's a Wiiware title. |
