Volvagia ( in Ocarina - even to this day, fighting her feels so real. Not to mention smashing her in the face with a 50 pound hammer is just a celebration of joy )

Black Bull ( in Shadow the Hedgehog - chasing that giant blob of an alien as it screams in agony when you hit its eye is just so fun. Even if it's easy )

Mr. Patch ( in Banjo Tooie - Shooting a giant inflated dinosaur in first person view while in the air is challenging and ridiculously funny )

Eagle ( in Links Awakening DX - so suspensful, so chilling, so challlenging )

Bowser ( Mario 64 - in his final form. Man remember how Freakin' epic this battle was when we were kids? Man those were the days... )
