I created this thread to discus termina theories.
I was thinking about the seas in PH and thought "Hey, this place can likely be termina."
Its a smaller world than the great seas of WW which termina was smaller than hyrule. It has 4 main world parts just like termina. (lets say clock town wasnt a part by itself but just took up a quarter of each of the north, east, south and west lands) If hyrule was flooded termina would likely to be flooded too cause their parallel worlds.
The hero of Termina.
We have all heard of the hero of hyrule but what about the hero of termina. You may say "Link's the hero of termina". He may by a hero of termina but not the first cause when he got the Bow in MM it was called the hero's bow with the message saying it was once wielded by the hero.
With that I come to this question. "Was there major trouble before the moon crisis?" The answer is yes. There is evidence in the game of a previous hero (like i stated before) but not much info about who he (or she) was or who the villain was. The villain was probably Majora and the hero most likely was the fierce deity creature/spirit/thing/whatever or was fierce deity the villain take the caption "Could this masks dark powers be as bad as Majora?" from when you acquire the fierce deity mask.
Any other ideas? Please discus.
PS: Wouldn't it be great if Nintendo released more games set in termina.

*SPOILER*
Mm... I don't think it's in Termina. First, because it is in the "imagination" of the Ocean King. Seccondly, because I don't think Termina is in the same world as Hyrule. It's a paralell world or something. Ingo is there and so on..

Depends on "hero". They imply FD is bad just like Majora*. Maybe they were both "bad". The FD probably just didn't Majora and tried to kill her. or my idea, ( I hope) that Majora wanted a match against Link with his own "evil powers". Didn't work out much for her though. She probably wanted a true challenge from him and gave him some of hers. Possibly seeking an end to her existence. After she kills Termina, whats she going to do? I think she was trying to kill herself that way, and take everyone with her.
Your hero idea... Sure, I guess there was someone. Other than that, though... There isn't much.

Uhh I'm pretty sure Majora was a guy. Also Fierce Diety probably WAS the Original Link of Termina. Majora being the bad guy. Or maybe even... VICE VERSA! 8)

Where do you get Majora being a guy? She has a vagina and the eyes on the mask look like boobs. Plus, have you ever listened to the screams?
Anyway, she preobably had a bad-guy role, but its not too hard to have two bad guys fighting each other. Plus, FD is implied to be evil ("Is this masks dark powers really as bad as Majoras?") The only other thing in the game that talks about is a gossip stone in Ikana. You have to do the whole deku side quest to get across. But all it says is "The Fierce Deity Mask is... Somewher in this world."

Is the gender of Majora really that important? We have all heard of the hero of hyrule but what about the hero of termina. You may say "Link's the hero of termina". He may by a hero of termina but not the first cause when he got the Bow in MM it was called the hero's bow with the message saying it was once wielded by the hero. But doesn't usually most Zelda best speak of the hero before the current Link? (Wink Waker, when Link got his clothes. Twilight Princess, when Link got his tunic, OoT's boy of legend.)

If she was a guy, you could see a dick. Eyes look like boobs. Vagina is where its supposed to be. you honestly expect a mask to wear clothes? I've been saying two bad guys is posible from the begining.

WOW you actually think the eyes were boobs? Also I looked and saw no vagina! Which form can you see the vagina in? Also you see no dick on Link, does that mean he's a girl? NO!

Seriously?
Was this thread just reduced to try to sex Majora's Mask?
It's a mask, people. It doesn't have a gender.
Please move along with the conversation.

We're not trying to give the MASK a gender, that would be silly, we're trying to decide whether Majora(The one who wears the mask) is a boy or a girl!

When you have a skirt on, its hard to tell. When there are none, you can tell. Eyes LOOK like boobs. However, since you probably haven't scene waht they look like, you can't tell the difference. That looks more like a vagina than a dick by far, http://www.pocketgamer.co.uk/blog/wp-content/uploads/2007/01/majora_cake1.jpgNow, give me evidence that shes a guy.

Wow! Just because they're circular you think they look like boobs? And just because there's an opening-type-thing you think that's a vagina? Also that's Majora's MASK, I thought we were talking about Majora(The one who wears the mask)

I never thought I'd see a day when cake would be used as evidence in the Book... After all, the cake is a lie! Anyways, EA's two cents time: The Mask is genderless, there is no evidence to identify a gender for the deity Majora itself. The one who wears the mask was The Skull Kid, who I'd assume was male. I'm gonna refer to Majora as "it", k?

if there was more than one hero in termina, then obviously it would not be a dreamland [like Link's Awakening], but, as mentioned in the manga, the fierce diety was majora's rival, and "playmate". This could mean that majora is like a lonely child: imagnitive.
Now, if termina was real, then Link wouldn't have ever gone there... Who says Link didn't dream it all, and that dream was actually a paralell universe, in which Termina was a representation of human[Hylian] negativity? Or, Terminia is another world in which the future is optional no matter how eminent?
Belief or disbelief, that rests with you...
