Grave in OOT

There's one grave that you can go under in Kakariko Village, and when you do, Navi floats off to one side of the room and turns green over some bones lying on the ground. Is this anything special or just some glitch?

I'm not quite sure, but if it's the grave with the locked door, the torches, and all the Keese in the first room, I believe that when she does that in there (and any other area in the game), you're supposed to play the Song of Storms and a fat fairy will appear. You can't catch it in a bottle, but it serves the same benefit as going to see a Great Fairy--it refills your health and magic.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

If you're talking of the one with all the Keese(bats) then here's what you do:
Kill all the Keese, the door will open, go through the door and keep moving forward to the next room. You will learn the Song of Sun. As for green Navi play Song of Storms and you will see a big fairy.

Whenever Navi turns green, you either play the Song of Storms or Song Of Time, depending on the area.

No. Thats nothing at all. It just means that there is something to pay attension to in that area. Blue=Person
Green=Inquiry/special area/sign  Yellow=enemy

When ever Navi turns green I think your supposed to play the son of storms, the song of time, or the scarecrow's song. (I think)
