MY MARS AND MAYANS THEORY- MUST READ

I am certainly enjoying the images and theories presented here and while I didn't read thoroughly or carefully enough to form my own opinion, I do have one question.

Do we know for a fact that the Mayans finished the calender? We know that they were kind of killed off by an outside force. Perhaps it was unfinished?

Does anyone know/can you provide a link with evidence? I'm a bit curious here.

Well, The mayans focused more on their knowledge than warfare and would've made all efforts to finish this cycle, and like Profanation said, they stopped making it because atthe end of the cycle it would start over again.

The mayans predicted the end of the fourth world would be the end o the cycle, and mankind would be greatly smited.

But, not to be an indy fan here, but the crystal skulls ARE real. Ther are 3 found today, and one is in the london museum. The skulls consist of silicon, the material that stores information in our computer chips and circuit boards. Could these skulls be a clue to any of the phenomonah relating to this prophecy?

You know, I had been following regularly news stories of crystal skulls for a few years and then found out last year the new Indy movie was about them.  I saw some of this movie the other day....  I must say..  I'm amazed that a lot of that stuff made it to the movie..  Some of it has been talked about for a very long time....  ..  Need to watch more of that movie though..   Does the indy movie say they are Mayan?  That part I've yet to see.

Now, to the theory. Yes, the crystal skulls are mayan. It is known fact. But how can they be relevant to this theory? Well,

First Off, there are Supposedly 13 Crystal Skulls hidden in the world today. Of that, only I think 4 or 5 have been found, which one rests in the London museum. It is said that when all of them are brought together, their information can be harnessed to save mankind in the future of untold events.

Might these "events" be the Mayan end of the world prophecy?

Well, here's my two cents at it.

    The irony of the numbers, stated in my original theory, and tthe irony that the sun the earth AND the center of the universe line up, can be no coincidence, like someone else stated here.

Now, the crystal skulls, made of silicon, like i said earlier, is the material used to store information on electronic chips today. The mayans knew that if they were advanced to their own extent during their time, then the future would be even more advanced, and would most definitely have the resources to comprehend the silicon skulls, if found. They wouldn't have gone through all the work to make the calendar, skulls, and prophecy to jsut sacare the shit out of us "future dwellers". There HAS to be a reason why all of this ties back to the Mayans prophecy. If we find the 8 remaining skulls in four years, possibly, they could tell us a way to survive these aleged catastrophic events. Now, suppsoedly, we have four years to "live", which means four years to find the skulls. this means we'd have to find 2 skulls each year.

The first 5 were hard enough to find in the 80 years since we found the first one. Its said that we would only know this harnessed information once all 13 were brought together. Well, nobody has run a scan for information on ANY skulls to this day. WHAT IF, they had the information leading to the other skulls? Its a possibility often overlooked. But however, scanning each and every skull is expensive and extremely hard to do.

   Now you may be asking " What WOULD happen when the earht sun and the center of the universe line up?"

Halley's Comet.

Yes, you heard me right. It passes by the sun every 75-76 Years.

What if, earth got in the way of the comet? That could result in horrible catastrophe. The Mayans, in their time, Likely saw this beautiful comet every 75-76 years as avid stargazers.

  The last appearance was in 1986. I know that this is only 26 years from 2012, but if your were alive in 1986, you'll know that it didn't shine as bright as claimed to be in previous events with halley's comet.

   Lets take a look at its structures: The Giotto mission gave planetary scientists their first view of Halley's surface and structure. Although its coma may extend about 100 million kilometres into space, Halley's nucleus is relatively small (barely 15 kilometres long, 8 kilometres wide and 8 kilometres thick) and roughly peanut-shaped. Its mass is extremely low; roughly 2.2×1014 kg. Its average density is about 0.6 g/cm³, indicating that it is very loosely constructed. Its albedo is about 4 percent, meaning that only 4 percent of the sunlight hitting it is reflected; about what one would expect for coal. Thus, despite appearing brilliant white to observers on Earth, Halley's comet is in fact pitch black. Its nucleus has an albedo only of 0.03, darker than coal. As it approaches the inner Solar System, the Sun warms it, causing its surface to sublimate (change directly from a solid to a gas), and jets of volatile material to burst from its black surface. The nucleus rotates every 52 hours, and its day side is far more active than its night side. The gases ejected from the nucleus are 80 percent water vapour, 17 percent carbon monoxide and 3–4 percent carbon dioxide with traces of hydrocarbons.

   The perfect material for new life. The Mayans stated that once the world ended, a new dawn of era shall begin. These are the PERFECT materials to start unheard of lifeforms on Earth. Scientists still question that we possibly even came from materials on the asteroid that wiped out dinosaurs!

   Now, you may be thinking how it could even hit earth if its only bween 26 years. The planets CAN interfere withs its course. In the prediction by Edmond Halley, it was supposed to p[ass by in 1758. During its course by Jupiter, The gravity knocked it off course know making it 618 days later than the original predictions.

Few of us realize that this simple modification by Jupiter and saturn in 1758-59 can multiply and escalate or even minimize its returning wait by a longshot. The results in 1986 weren't so "lovely" as you could barely see any of it. This was the first of the comet's sightings to be like that. Its course could have been changed to a collapsing extent, making the return WAY shorter in the future. Believe it or jnot, Halley's comet's path DOES pass by/around the location of the earth given in the prophecy, in the line-up of the center of the universe with the sun. Due to Halley's highly eccentric orbit, it has one of the highest velocities relative to the Earth in the solar system. The 1910 passage was at a relative velocity of 70.56 km/s (157,800 MPH).

   The mayans must have knewn that when it passed by saturn and jupiter in 1758-59, that those planets would change its course forever, therefore, predicting it would crash into the earth in 2012.

That is the only explanation I can think of, given the information humans know today. I know that this was a big add-on to my theory, but all of you who actually read it, I appreciate it.

The End of the world Month takes place in December,2012. December is 4 months after August. August is the beginning of the Calendar 26,000 BCE, and December is the END of the Calender in 2012 AD, in DECEMBER. Which is the end of the FOURTH World Cycle. Four World Cycles, Four Months between August and December. Notice some similarities? Thats Scary.

Now He was responsible for teaching many people how to live at that time.  Its also thought he was a Hindu Priest.  Click that to get more info.  As odd as this sounds..  it  gets odder..  Quetzalcoatl seems to be a reptile,  if any one knows anything about that nutty idea that if aliens exist some are probably good and some aliens are bad..  And for some reason people think that the bad aliens are a race of reptiles.  Kinda odd that this guy (who appeared out of the sky) looked reptilian to these people.  Now the Hindu part of it..  In Hindu belief, there was a great war in the sky (heavens.. that doesn't mean heaven like we know.. heavens would imply the area above the earth.. space.) and that people came down and started their culture.  I'm relating these 2 things because....

Ok now lets through something else in there..   Crop circles..  Now I've seen a huge amount of bogus crop circles.  They happen even here in Tennessee.  Now just about every time someone finds foot prints, broken crops and a board, beer bottles and even drunk rednecks that boast about "yah we did it! lol!"  But some.. specifically those recent ones found in Europe are just too odd..  In the last 2 months there has been something like 10  crop circles that cannot be explained.  For one.. it rained that night and that morning.  When the circle was found the owner of the farm went to the area and left a very visible path of mud all the way there.  There were no foot prints ever found around the crop circle other than the owners when he first came to the area.   Also the crops were bent over in such a way it seemed that all of them had been microwaved to the point where they were limp.  Very odd things..  also...  the message..  Lets take a look..

You look at the first sector and it’s three sectors long.
Then there is a decimal point with that little circle.
The next segment is one sector long.
Then the next segment is four sectors long.
The next segment is one sector long.
The next segment is 5 sectors long. At that point, it was amazing
and I just started following them out. That’s when I made up this diagram to send you.

It’s clear as a bell that the crop pattern traces out basically as the first 10 digits of Pi, including the decimal point.

The other interesting part was that if Pi carried out 12 numbers is:  3.141592653. Three is the tenth digit. If you’re going to publish that long number version of Pi, normally you would round it up, taking into account what the next digit was. The next digit in Pi is 5, so rounding would normally increase the last digit by one. The Mueller diagram shows that the 3 has been rounded up in the ratchet pattern to four, which I thought was very interesting.

But certainly the ratchet design as a way of communicating – for example, you could have taken the circle and divided it up into 50 segments. As a way of communicating numbers, the ratchet design is a pretty powerful method.

This crop pattern happens to be very simple and very obvious in what the circle makers have done. But if that were more tightly packed and had more equivalent segments in it, you could pack a lot of information into that.

    “Avebury Manor of July 15, 2008 reminds us that the Mayan Long Count calendar will end on December 23, 2012: by showing precise orbital locations for all nine planets of our solar system on that date, plus an accurate elliptical orbit for Pluto.

    The 5125-year Mayan Long count calendar will end on December 22-23, 2012. Given the long period of time which it represents, all nine planets of our solar system need to be shown in order to mark its end uniquely. Such a clever astronomical diagram was shown at Avebury Manor on July 15, 2008. All nine planets appear there precisely as they will be located in space four and one-half years from now on December 23, 2012, with one exception.

    Thus, the outermost planet Pluto has been drawn in this new crop picture somewhat further to the right (or closer to Neptune) than should be the case. Yet Pluto still seems to be located correctly relative to the crossover of its highly elliptical orbit with the orbit of Neptune.     “East Kennett of July 7 to 8, 2008, shows 40 days or two Mayan months until a near-total lunar eclipse on August 16, 2008.

    There will be a near-total 81% lunar eclipse late in the evening on August 16, 2008 (see HERE or HERE). A new crop picture from East Kennett seems to be reminding us of that event with considerable simplicity:

Surrounding a standing circle for Earth, we can see forty small symbols in pairs (large-small-large-small) that clearly suggest 2 x 20 = 40 days until a near-total lunar eclipse on August 16, 2008:

The most remarkable feature of this new crop picture is that it chooses to use a time symbolism of "2 x 20 = 40 days" until the lunar eclipse in mid-August. Many other crop pictures over the past few weeks have shown Mayan themes, for example in Germany. Since the Mayans kept 20 days in any month, as opposed to 30 days for most Western calendars, then one implication of this new picture might be that the crop artists follow a Mayan calendar rather than a Western one

The Significance of the Year 2012 Explained
by Richard Lowe

Everyone hears about the different prophecies on how humanity will end. From the Bible predictions of the rapture and the Antichrist, to Nostradamus's prediction of the Planet Comet, people hear theories and see evidence of our civilization coming to an end. However, the most striking of these prophecies lies in the predictions of an ancient, but highly sophisticated Mayan calender. The deciphering and understanding of the calender is whole other story in it's own, so I'll get straight to the point.

The Mayan calender is actually a combination of 3 calenders. The religious calender, the solar calender, and the Long Count. For the sake of this discussion, i wont get into detail about the whole calender and just stick to the Long Count. The Long Count can record any day in history because it is supposedly the measure of days from the beginning of humanity to the end.

The number system used for the Long Count is completely different than our decimal, 10 based number system. Instead, the Mayans used 5 sets of numbers separated with a decimal. A typical Long Count number would look like this:

12.15.14.16.14

The first day of the Long Count is labeled 0.0.0.0.1 which is the equivalent to August 11th, 3114 BC. on our current Gregorian Calender. The Long Count calender ends at 12.19.19.17.20 which is the equivalent to December 21, 2012. Now this doesn't necessarily mean that humanity will come to an end on this date, but it is the date when the calender ends.

But who cares what an ancient civilization thinks? They didn't have any of the scientific knowledge, nor did they have any of the technology that we have now. Why should we be worried? Let's look at this date from a scientific point of view.

First of all, every 11 years our Sun goes through what's called a solar cycle (pole shift, magnetic reversal). During the peak time of the cycle, the Sun's magnetic poles switch. The magnetic field of the Sun does a 180. But remember, this is a 180 degree magnetic flip. The physical part of Sun doesn't actually flip. Anyway, during the peak time of this "flip" sunspots and solar flares become more frequent. This is what's called the "solar maximum".

"Solar flares are pieces of the sun which leap into space, discharging radiation and strong electrical currents that travel outward into space. They often fall back to the surface of the Sun. Sometimes, a very strong flare, called a Coronal Mass Ejection (CME), actually leaves the Sun and this deadly mass shoots out from the Sun towards the planets like a bullet. They usually don't hit anything, but they occasionally hit a planet like Earth. Most flares are small, but even a small flares can be dangerous.

In 1989 a flare hit the North American continent and fried electric lines, zapped power grids in the US and Canada, and created large power blackouts. Flares can also effect our moods and physical health. In theory, a large flare impacting the Earth could zap the ionosphere and irradiate the surface, killing every living organism that it touched."

During early 2001, the Sun's solar cycle was completed and the Sun switched magnetic poles, so the Sun is due for another cycle in the year 2012.

Well, who cares if the Sun flips again? it flips every 11 years so why should should the next flip be any different?

The solar cycle of 2012 is more significant than any other for several reasons:

1. During this time the two biggest planets in our solar system, Saturn and Jupiter, will be in line with each other. The gravitational effects of the two planets on the Sun will cause it to wobble during it's pole shift. This can have huge effects on the magnitude of the CME's the Sun will be tossing into space. The Earth regularly gets hit with small CME's and research says that the increased magnitude of these CME's are one of the major causes of global warming, and changes in the ecosystem.

2. Right now the Sun's south magnetic pole is in line with the Earth's north magnetic pole. Since opposites attract, the Sun, along with it's gravitational influence from Saturn and Jupiter, may cause the Earth to switch magnetic poles too! With the magnetic field of the Earth switching in a matter of minutes, there can be huge disruptions in the Earth's geological and ecological system. It can cause mass earthquakes and volcano eruptions all over the world. After it's all done, compasses will point South, the Sun will rise in the West and set in the East. But remember, this is a magnetic switch only.

3. The most far fetched possibility and probably the most catastrophic is the phenomenon called "polar wander". Polar wander is a result of the Earth's outer crust shifting at a rapid rate. The magnetic poles stay put but Antarctica becomes the equator and the tropics become the North Pole. I really don't have to stress why a polar wander could be catastrophic because if you picture a phenomenon like this happening in a matter of minutes, you can understand why. There is evidence of a polar wander occurring before in the distant past due to the fossils of Coral in Greenland and Woolly Mammoth bones found in Central America. Of course, in order for a polar wander to occur, it would take a huge amount of imbalance, like an asteroid collision, in the Earth to trigger it.

4. The final event that will occur on December 21, 2012 will be at 11:12 GMT. It's a phenomenon that the Mayans referred to as the "Sacred Tree" and it happens every 25,800 years. At that time our Sun will line up directly with the center of the Milky Way Galaxy. For thousands of years, our solar system has been hovering around the top of the galactic plane and this galactic alignment could have huge effects on our solar system.

"The ecliptic cross over the Milky Way at a 60 degree angle near the constellation Sagittarius. As such, it forms a cross with the Milky Way, and this cosmic cross was called the Sacred Tree by the ancient Maya. (The cross form was also known as the "crossroads." Amazingly, the center of this cosmic cross, that is right where the ecliptic crosses over the Milky Way is exactly where the December solstice sun will be in A.D. 2012. This alignment occurs only once every 25,800 years."

There is supposedly a black hole in the middle of the Milky Way holding everything together. Our solar system is around the outer edge of the disc. When our solar system lines up with center of the galaxy, we will be at the strongest part of the galaxy's magnetic field where there is maximum gravitation. So, with the Sun's solar cycle being at it's maximum, the alignment of Saturn and Jupiter, and the alignment of the sun with the equator of the Milky Way, this will REALLY cause an increase in the magnitude of the Sun's solar flares. Of course the gravitational complexities will also have an influence on whether or not the Earth will undergo a magnetic pole shift. There is also speculation that the Earth may reverse its rotation since we'll be in the opposite hemisphere of the galaxy!

"According to the Mayas, the center of the Galaxy is the cosmic womb; The place of dead, transformation, regeneration and rebirth. This moment shows the end of their calendar."

There are a lot of questions that will be answered in the year 2012. Although the Mayan calender has a mystery on a specific date, some of the scientific complexities will gradually become observable. Depletion of the ozone, increase in volcanic activity, and changes in weather patterns are all natural results of some of the events explained. However, whether or not the Mayans had some sort of insight into the future will remain a mystery.

I loved how not only did this article go along with what I've been saying but it also stated something that I thought from my own observations.  Solar Flares have a direct effect on people and animals.  I've noticed that on days that flares happen people drive like they have never been behind the wheel before.  And boy are people irritable.  Birds also fly into cars more!   

Lets just hope that nothing happens... although it looks more and more like something will happen.
