That's a great idea, but multiplayer would still be a minor issue.  I hope Nintendo fixes these little quirks.

It probably wouldn't be too bad either way.

There's only one multiplayer zelda game, and thats PH.

Why do you think this is so? Becauseof the DS'S features.

For zelda to have multiplayer, it has to be planned out REALLY well, or else it will piss people off, considering zleda wasnt originally multiplayer to start of with until PH.

And if they do have Wifi connection for this new zelda game, they should rid of all the quitters! I stopped playing PH wifi due to quitters..

I guess we're ignoring two Zelda games then.

Multiplayer shouldn't become a huge problem with this, considering most multiplayer games aren't the type that would require 1:1 non-IR controls. I could see them reviving the Mario Party series with this, and it actually being good. I was hoping that it would be possible when the Wii Remote was first revealed, but it was basically limited to waggle and IR, which really hurt the game. But with this, they can really expand their options. Right now, the frisbee game seems really offensive to anyone who enjoys deep gameplay, but if it were accompanied by 59 other similar minigames in Mario Party instead of just nine in Wii Sports Resort, I could actually see myself enjoying it.

IGN's put up a video that makes it look much more impressive than Cammifail made it look. I hope they use it in a lot of other ways in the next Zelda game besides the sword; there's a lot more they can do with it.

I think this could be a chance for better puzzles in zelda.

I've been silent on my options on E3 for some time..  About this add on for our wii motes..  I have to say this..

I was excited about this at first. I thought "Wow!  real time movements!  Sword fighting!  that could be a lot of fun! hmmm"  then I started thinking about that.. the phrases I was using in my head..  Its the same thing I was saying about the Wii over 2 years ago.  This was already promised to us with the Wii mote from the beginning.  So ok, Big N realized that the Wii was a success and people are interested in games like that.  So they said "oh look!  We have BETTER tech to give you now!  It makes the wii mote BETTER!"  HEY GREAT!  I'm all for that!  Upgrading tech is always a good thing.  However...  the price?!  ok 50 bucks for the add on and they give you a game...  Sorry but.. waffles?  50 bucks?  Well I guess thats ok if you are one person and play by your self..  but thats not what the Wii was geared to, was it?  It was suppose to be a family system.  Yea!  fun for the whole family!  So if you got 4 wii motes then you gotta pay 200 dollars.  Thats insane..  To get something that was already promised to you AND have to pay over a hundred bucks for it..  Ridicules.  They should offer the plus clip at like 15 bucks.  The game would cost 50 and everyone is happy.  Don't see that happening though....  grr.....

@LLR: You know it'll be available separately for less, right? I'd guess $20-30. Which is good because I don't see any reason to get Wii Sports Resort.

I'm serious, they should just include the piece with the game, or just include it with all wiimotes made in the future. I mean, everybodys already pissed at nintendo already, why make it worse for themselves?

Well, it's kind of pointless to include it with every game that requires it, considering that you'll only need four at most. It's not that big of a difference from the N64 Expansion Pak.

For people getting upset about the motion plus delivering the kind of motion control that was promised with the plain ol' wiimote, I say it's not the first time a company has made slight embellishments in the quality of their product or left out pseudo-important info about it.  Nintendo would really like as much money out of our pockets as it can get, and exaggerating a product's features is a perfectly legal way of doing it.  We shouldn't be too surprised.  Anyhoo, I'll wait until I see and play a game that uses the technology before I proclaim my opinion.  I wonder if they're going to implement it into the next Mario game?

Much better demo, and it's easier to relate to a nerdy fella in specs than a "soccer mom".

Would stil like to see a proper in-game experience, but seeing just how precise the MP makes things has increased my excitement levels that little bit more. Especially when you consider Cammie's first duff throw of the disk which could have blown the entire E3 presentation...
