Do you actually find it efficient to work with such a theme?

Quite so. Texturized brown doesn't tire my eyes, unlike the typical windows gray or the god-awful pseudo-smooth bright XP gradients (I still use Windows XP on my desktop), and I adapted to it quite easily. No weight on the system, despite this monster being over 10 years old. xD
