Alright, I'm not quite certain if this post is in the correct place, so if a moderator wishes to move it that is perfectly fine.

I'm posting this because according to http://www.thehylia.com/end_of_an_era.shtml, The hylia sees itself as uphold the legacy of the once great Zelda Headquarters. While much of the old site can be seen archived on the wayback machine, the downloads are not present.

To be more specific, I'm looking for a song(s) from Zelda Headquarters. These songs are very important to me, not because they are good songs, but because of what they represent to me. I cannot explain why or how, but those two songs from Zelda Headquarters bring back memories of my youth, and a warm, childlike feeling in my heart unlike anything else. Unfortunately, the remixed versions of the songs that were once on ZHQ are gone, and I've had to scour the internet to find midi's of the original source - the Zelda CDI Games (Which one I'm not certain of). So they aren't easy to find. The two songs in particular are http://www.geocities.com/triforcescribe/zcdititl.mid and http://www.geocities.com/triforcescribe/zcdiovrw.mid. I believe at least one of them was by Kieth Komos, entitled "The Journey". I'm pretty sure that these were remixes better then the tinny midi's that i have found.

So I'm appealing to anyone out there who might possibly have access to the code of the old site (I know the downloads existed after the original site went down and it was archived on zhq2.net or something), or was a nerd and downloaded all the music someplace. I know the music has to be out there, somewhere. It would be a tragedy if such beautiful songs (after remixing) are lost forever. If anyone can possibly help me, I would appreciate it more then you could possibly imagine. Or if anyone could point any fingers as to whom i might contact, other sources of cdi zelda music, anything!

Any chance that they are in the soundtracks?

I have to go right now, but I will try to look into getting the CD-i stuff.

Are they MIDIs that you're looking for?  If so, have you tried VGMusic's section on this?: http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/philips/cd-i/index-classic.html

I'll ask around though to see if I can find out where we keep the ZHQ2 stuff if at all.

I'm afraid they aren't in the soundtracks, although there's some awesome stuff in there I'll be listening to. Also, those aren't the midi's im looking for on that VGMusic page, I actually ran across that in my search.

I do really, really, really appreciate your help, few people would go to much effort to find music for some random guy on a message board.
