As some of you know... I just started going to the Hylia again. The whole day I have been posting. I have noticed a WAY smaller amount of people online the forums than when I was posting a long time ago. It's been about ... idk 3-5 months and the sites forums are way less popular than they were last time I was here.
Why is this???
I think we need a better advertising campaign! I'd like more people to be in the group of frequent and GOOD posters!
What do we do?

Yeah, there are some good E3 posts, but the last time I was here,we normally had around 15-20 loggins per day.

We're much, much more active than we were a few months ago. I suggest you check this and see where we stand this month. Sure, we could use some more active members, but I think we're doing just fine. |

yeah, I agree. but look closely at September, 08. Thats when I joined. It was a lot more active than it is now. But we are doin okay now. I just wish we had more active members

Forums get quiet. This place is by no means in the same state as another place I frequent (or, at least, appear on once a month) where there's five or six of us left from "the good old days".

Hey, at least this guy talks about stuff in house and doesn't come crying about arguments that happened in other forums. Nor does he curse people to be killed by God (remember that?).

Mine too...you remember that though.
He was temp banned but awhile after he came back he left on his own accord as he got insulted by one of the mods (the same mod that went after me for making a comment at the guy mind you).
Anyway I'm sure he's busy being chased out of other forums bu now...
Of course now that I think of it, I would have loved to see how Zim would have reacted to that guy if he was around at the time.
I laugh just thinking about it...ah well.

Also, next time surmise the courage to name the person you're talking about, instead of hiding behind the keyboard and taking pot-shots. As for the topic, it's summer now and there's little Zelda news. Also, the community thrived years before I was even here. I assume the base of the old forums have gone on to more important things like college/ the real world. It's up to a new, younger base of users to anchor these forums. |

Zim I may remind you that I've been here for around a year now. I am anything but a thread newcomer. I may not post all the time but that's because I have a real life other than the internet and don't go waiting around on a forum thread for someone to post so that I can snap witty insults at them. Also I turn 15 this august. And btw, the reason why I hardly ever spell check is because I'm rushed for time and I'm usually on for a few minutes at a time. So all I got to say is screw you man!!!! |
