Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones.
p.s. Does a free download game count for the purposes of this thread?

Wario Land: The Shake Dimension, for the bargain price of £15, and the Metroid Prime Trilogy, which is a bargain even at RRP.

In that case, I will note Dwarf Fortress. Has a difficulty curve that bends back on itself but is fun as hell

Trilogy was my last purchase, though I've just completed my trinity of pre-orders til December. Layton, Scribblenauts and Mario & Luigi. Just need a confirmed UK release date for Spirit Tracks.
... And a job so I don't feel worried that every game purchased is one step closer towards bankrupcy.

Can't judge you. I've got it. Amy and I bought the same thing for each other for our second Christmas together and, unfortunately, it was this game. I've finished it, she hasn't though.

Is it any good? (I actually don't know a thing about it, other than it's a Mario-esque platformer.)

It's very, very easy for those of us that have been playing games longer than a fortnight, and the visuals can only be described as sugar-coated. Don't expect too much out of it though and you could enjoy it.

I also recently bought Super Mario Sunshine.
Embarrassing confession. I never finished Sunshine. Never could get the hang of those Yoshi levels where ya turn the fish into platforms. :

So I had some free time the other day, so I picked Bioshock, Dead Space, and Elder Scrolls: Oblivion for 20 bucks a pop.
So far, Dead Space is pretty fun.

I'll agree there, and I don't normally like horror games. Though I am a tad stuck on it at the moment, go figure

The Beatles:Rock Band is an excellent purchase- I am loving every bit of this game, especially the visuals.
Fight Night Round 4 is pretty good, I love the physics system. I downloaded Rocky Balboa and Ivan Drago, and re-created the funny fights.
