Let's talk about how it could be.

I think maybe Agitha plays a bigger role in the sequel just like Happy mask sales man maybe she lost a powerful bug or something which can destroy anything. Something like that could happen.

And that fat mogoblin might come back too.

Post your thought's here

I do think it's highly unlikely.  *IF* Nintendo decides to do that, they'd have to make it very important for the plot, hencing making it a True Sequel (or Prequel, what about that).  Especially given the fact that

SPOILER:

The mirror of Twilight gets destroyed in the end

END SPOILER

it will make an adventure concerning the Twili difficult.  And I don't think they'd make an all Twilight game either.

So *IF* it'd happen, maybe a Prequel would be more likely, what do you guys think?

I REALLY hope Princess Zelda gets a bigger role like Nintendo promised, I'm glad Midna, Zant, Twilight mirror are gone and I really hope they don't pull something ****ty like that off in the sequel!

I really wish the triforce comes back to the mainstory.

Amen!
Though Twilight Princess would have been awesome if the Divine Trio were awarded the same level of character developement as Midna and Zant were.

Now that I think of it - to bring up something else - they might just make a game where the Sheikah have a more prominent role. There hasn't been a Zelda like that yet.  Besides Impa (and Sheik if we may actually count our beloved disguised Princess as well) we haven't seen any Sheikah. Maybe a future Zelda game will feature an actual Sheikah community. Or at least a few of them scattered throughout the game. what about that.

That would be cool...
You could even have Link born into a Sheikah village.

Exactly!  And coincidentally, a sequel for The Minish Cap is also 'missing'...  Do you see where I'm getting at?

That's why I'm saying a minor role. Only worth a mention I guess...

... or will Link embark on a journey to ''look for a dear friend'' yet again?

Let's all write Fanfic XD

Hyruleansoldier- I agree on much of that, but evil ALWAYS finds a way XD .... I guess ...

I hope the Mailman plays a bigger role, too. XD

This is really bad, but I can't remember if we found out the Sheikah were almost whiped out in OoT as a Child or as an Adult.

IIf it was as an Adult, then it's possible that Ganondorf single handedly whiped out the Sheikah in his attempts to locate Zelda; the Sheikah being the guardians of the royal family and all that.

If this is true, and assuming the split timeline theory is also true, then the Sheikah could exist in a game set after the Young Link's ending to OoT.

If we go further to assume that TP is set after that same ending (which it seems likely it would be if the split theory is true) then the Sheikah could feature prominently in a prequel to TP. If Link was indeed a member of the Sheikah in this theoretical game, then the murder of his clan would be as good a reason as any for him to start out on his quest.

Or - as I'd prefer - they could be killed midway through the game, eliciting a far more emotional reaction from we, the player. An emotional connection could even be established between this game and the old lady in TP. Link's younger sister? Aunt? Cousin?

Yeah I do suppose the Sheikah could feature in a game that would take place between OOT and TP.  Maybe we see (on of the) last Sheikah die.

But the woman in TP, Impaz, was she a descendant of Impa, or did she just mention her as the founder of Kakariko Village without implying they're actually related?  She didn't look like a Sheikah to me, but that might be because I haven't seen that much...  The seem to have pointy ears like the Hylians themselves, and where blue-white as a motive, but even then. Who'd like some Sheikah in a/the new Zelda game?

I honestly can't remember, but I think it was the latter of the two.

I think Impaz was named after Impa but not necessarily a Sheikah...

I don't think there should be one...
I mean, if there was, well, throw back a good looking Midna and you got yourself a buyer, but there shouldn't be a sequel, 'cause it would spoil what we all know of the Twilight Realm and such...

It doesn't matter how it's like to me, as long as Renado is in it.
