Yes. It's actually what I'm doing lol. Haven't lost anyone, thank God. It's really cool not knowing which ones are good to have and which ones are bad.

I started half-expecting to Nuzlocke, but after catching the first few uninspiring 'Mon (sorry Lillipup, Pidove and beaver-thingy) I thought "Sod it," and am just picking up whatever I find and just full-out experimenting with my team. Some hits, some misses. The Grass types are pretty lousy so far.
Once I work my way out of Chargestone Cave (jeeze, there are a lot of Plasma bods in Unova), I'm using my newly-acquired Fly and going right back to the beginning and going on a massive Poké-hunt to catch anything I've missed so far. Then we'll see what could go into my team. It doesn't look like I'm close to finding Axew or Fuzzibeak (Baby Braviary, whatever its actual name is) anytime soon.
I've loved Darmunia since he was first revealed. Wouldn't hurt to have a second Fire type on my team, would it? We've gone like three generations without any really good Fire types, all of a sudden: I want pretty much all of them.
I actually really like the not knowing what's coming out the grass next and really having to guess when building your team. They should've done this from the days of Gold and Silver. Just 151 entirely new beasts available to you from the start. How different things could've been...
Team: See sig. Badges: 5. Pokédex: Seen: 56. Caught: 39.

I finally have a team of six! I got tired of waiting for a Rufflett (Route 10? Seriously, that's towards the frakkin' League) and so sided with the second-coolest looking bird on the Unova block, Archen. Not since Aerodactyl (another Rock/Flying combo) have I been tempted to put a fossil 'mon in my team. Its ability, Defeatist, is a bizarre one which cuts its Attack and Sp Attack when its HP is below 50%, yet it's still a pretty powerful beast despite that. Would it be better without it? Of course, but now I have a full squad and can march past Team Plasma, the final gym leaders and, eventually, the League. Oh, and for the first time since Red Gyarados (which doesn't count), I finally found, fought and caught a wild Shiny Pokémon. Shame it was just a Boldore... "You hurt my feelings... " Playtime: 22:36. Team: Pignite (Lv 43), Seismitoad (Lv 42), Scrafty (Lv 42), Emolga (Lv 41), Archen (Lv 32), Fraxure (Lv 42) . Badges: 7. Pokédex: Seen: 99. Caught: 68

I really wish that I had my DS at school with me. I'd have more than enough time to play this in the next week.
Does Nuzlocke actually make the game more enjoyable in any way? It doesn't sound like any fun.

That site's still not added anything past the first generation? Am I going to have to go into MS Paint and make all the possible Bidoof hybrids myself? Back to the current generation, and I was going to read my book this afternoon but then I picked up my DS and Pokémon White... 6 hours and 32 freshly caught new 'Mon later... I'm heading towards Victory Road shortly. Looks like I won't be seeing White Forest until I've beaten those pesky Elites...

Got distracted catching the -ion Trio. I am wondering about the rest of the plot. Thought it was going to tidy up at Route 7 where a big storm was brewing. That was just Thunderus. Guess N is going to the League after all...
I shall go join him.

Wow, it's been a while, hasn't it? Anyways, I'm at route four at the moment, with a strong-ish team building. I took a liking to that geniuses fellow, and he's currently in his spawn-pit form (centipedes don't have cocoons). I actually like the roggenrolla evo chain, so I'm sticking with my boldour. Ditched panpour as soon as I say simipours dreadlocks... Servine...well, his final evo better pay off. Overall, I'm enjoying this game a ton. Infinite use tm's make building your party much easier, the moving sprites add a ton of personality to the pokemon. Oh, and I caught Victini on my first throw with a prelate ball, that was awesome.

Welcome back, The_Human_Cyborg! Been meaning to update for a while, I finally beat the Elites! And I have to say, that was a kind of refreshing change being able to take them on in any order. A bit of a shame that the statue in the center spelt out the types with no obscurity whatsoever, but we can't have it all. Last time I picked up the game (Thursday), I was wandering around Victory Road again because Ghetsis made me feel like a little girly girl. My sub-level 50 team could scrape past the Elite Four, but got totally schooled by that fella's Level 54 Hydreigon. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go badger Kayru to post her impressions and progress.

I just beat Elesa (Nimbasa's Gym Leader). Cool concept with the roller coasters, but could have been a lot cooler. It was a bit short and unexciting. Like EA, I hate all the roadblocks. I realize they couldn't make it TOO non-linear, but this is pretty high on the linear scale. I actually like Team Plasma so far. Naturally they're all about stealing Pokémon from trainers as usual, but they seem more like a religious / animal liberation group than a terrorist group. And of course 'N' is an interesting character. I like the short animated intro, and how it takes a while for you to realize what it's all about. I don't like the sprites, they're far too pixellated, and they only move around a little bit. Sure, they have some facial expressions, and the battle effects... well they're not very impressive. It would be much more of a drag if they had put the standard geodude and zubat crap all over the place. Though some mon are obvious replacements for previous gen mons, only a few are exact clones. There's a lot of interesting type combinations, move sets, abilities, some new items, REUSABLE TM's -- thank's for the Dig, I wouldn't have been able to deal with all those Electric Mon without it. I need to get my hands on one of those Emolga's or whatever their name is (from EA's team). Electric type + Levitate ability (or Flying type) is the best thing ever. As usual Ice Mon are nowhere to be found, and I didn't train my rock'n'rolla (lol), so I can't really effectively kill Flying types either. Well there's my evolved Blitzen (electric reindeer, I mean zebra). I do need a good flying type, I'll probably use Archen cause he looks badass. Not so much as Braviary but he will probably take long to get. I like the new Dowsing Machine, that's exactly how it should be. I only have 20 minutes to play every day, but I'll get there eventually. About my current team and such I'll write later, I don't have my DS handy. Someone reply to this post so I won't need to edit or double post ^^

Honestly, you're the first person I've seen that doesn't like these. Most people, although wishing they were 3D beauties, are very happy with how they turned out.
